7 Days/Nights of Fasting Prayer Leads to Three Workers Giving Lives to Christ 

Rosie’s pastor in Uganda, Pastor Joshua was called to do a complete fast for 7 days and 7 nights in the Shakan Global Prayer Garden (still under construction).

The maintenance/security workers who stay onsite were amazed at the level of the pastor’s prayer commitment. They checked on his well-being throughout the week. The last day of the fast, Christmas Eve, one of many of Pastor Joshua’s prayers were answered. Three workers surrendered their lives to Christ!

We are grateful to have such sacrificial, pastoral prayer support, which will bear much more fruit in the days to come. 

UPDATE – 3 Months Later – March 29, 2024 

Jacob was one of the workers so impacted by the pastor’s commitment to prayer, he re-dedicated his life to Jesus. He returned to church after a long absence, and has been committed to relating with his girlfriend with Godly principles. 

Instead of living together, Jacob and his girlfriend are now planning a wedding for December 2024!
