Construction Continues

To protect the building from soil erosion from heavy rains, retaining walls are being built.  This is also serving as the Parking Area Demarcation.

Estimated costs for the next phase of the Construction:

1. ELECTRICAL WIRING TOTAL = $25,000
UPDATE – IN JANUARY 2025, $6,400 of materials were purchased.
NEW BALANCE = $18,600

2. PLUMBING/SEPTIC TANK/Toilets/Showers = $30,000

3.  Doors Installation (54 Doors) 

• 46 Doors at 300 each = $13,800 
• 8 Doors at $400 each = $3,200

DOORS TOTAL = $17,000 USD
