THIS LAND IS BLESSED!The first harvest of Shakan Global Mission ... absolutely amazing! This will be milled into corn flour to make Posho - commonly eaten in Uganda. The harvest is plenty for the corn. Now praying for a harvest of volunteers to join us in the Mission to bring transformation into the communities -- CHANGING DESTINIES THRU CHRIST.If you are interested in learning more about how you can use your talents to support Shakan, PM me.
THIS LAND IS BLESSED!We harvested the first fruit of the Maize 🌽 and gave to pastors and Intercessors we work with. BACK STORY...We've been having a drought in Jinja. So, the team has been praying for rain.Although physical rain did not come... these pictures show Gods miracle with the first Maize harvest (10 ears of corn)! There's a clear boundary between our neighbors' land (all brown) and our land ( all green).Praying for the Lord to work a miracle with the neighbors crops too!
DIVINE CONNECTIONS FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION It was a pleasure for the Shakan Uganda Team to host Rosie's friend Grace, an international leader for empowering women, which impacts poverty alleviation. She was thrilled to hear about the improved school attendance and academic performance of girls from the simple solution of providing sanitary pads to vulnerable girls.Grace prayed like a powerhouse, prophesied, provided much wisdom, and encouraged the team. The first time I met Grace in 2021, she said -- I have a dream that someday there would be a Christian Guest House where people could come and pray and experience the presence of God. I, Rosie, almost fell off my chair since we were in the process of finalizing the blueprints.3 years later, Grace and the team had powerful encounters with God in the Prayer Garden.Thankful forDIVINE CONNECTIONS 🙌🕊🙌🏿
